  This is a review for Hunters Estate Agents, in Brundall. Terrible experience. It started well with the guy who took photos and description doing an excellent job, but after this we had to deal with the branch manager (in place as of July 2017).
  We took them on as they boasted about having loads of people on their books who wanted a house like ours and expected an offer within two weeks. In nearly 3 months they didn’t deliver a single viewing, and then freely admitted their only strategy was waiting for people to contact them on Right Move. It took them 5 weeks to put a sign up outside our house, the manager said this was not his fault and it routinely took three weeks to get a sign up.
  We gave them a key to make viewings easier, when I asked for it back they sent me home with someone else’s key. On my return to the branch they denied ever having had a key from me and accused me of lying, until I was able to supply the exact date, time and description of the person who we gave it to. Three days later they found my key, with no explanation or apology.
  I cancelled the contract with then, but I had to be listed for an additional 21 day. Three days after this date, they were still listing my property on Right Move, until I requested it be removed. They hurriedly removed it and again lied to me about it having been there, via a very aggressive email. They were rude, arrogant, never called me once in the whole time and routinely took three days to reply to emails.
